Wild Serendipity Foods is owned & operated by Michelle Zimmer. An engineer by profession, Michelle decided to pursue her passion for food and cooking by starting to sell products at the Saskatoon Farmer's Market in March of 2006. Based on the early success experienced at the Market, a business plan evolved, which includes catering, cooking classes for both adults & children, corporate lunch delivery, children's birthday parties, and of course, the Farmer's Market. Michelle built a commercial kitchen in the Avalon Shopping Centre to facilitate the food preparation and the cooking classes.
